The Youth Leadership Conference is a special event held by Congressman Dan Burton each year for High School Seniors in Indiana’s 5th District.  We invite speakers who are subject matter experts to discuss topics and issues currently facing Indiana and the Nation.  The students have a chance to study these topics and interact with the speakers.  Finally, Congressman Burton speaks to the student about the issues facing the United States House of Representatives and answers their questions. 

Lunch is provided free of charge to the participations of the Conference.

This year is the 2012 Youth Leadership Conference which will be held on March 5, 2012 at Ivy Tech Community College in Marion, Indiana.  Our experts will be discussing 2nd Amendment Rights and the new epidemic of Cybersecurity/Cyberbullying.
